Rhythm & Motion Limited was founded on 2nd November 2025 by Daniel Maina and James King'ori in Nairobi, Kenya.

Daniel had spent 7 years building DAMANFIT — a premium coaching practice that became one of Nairobi's most credible — and 1,000+ transformations. James brought 15+ years in creative direction, music, and brand storytelling. Together they saw a gap: world-class African wellness and creative talent, but few brands bridging the two ecosystems with international standards.

R&M was built to close that gap. Three divisions. One mission. Premium positioning. African excellence. The dam holds.
